	Microsoft dosen't have technical support people at all except for
the very high-level tier 3 group. All the technical support people are
contracted out to other companies. Those companies DO hire high-schooler,
or the educational equivilant. Every once in a while they'll get someone
above average, but they tend to get promoted or a real job.
