Hi,

I had mistaken Svatopluk Kraus for "pluknet", so my "Submitted by:"
lines are wrong
in my recent commits for the following PRs.

The "Submitted by:" line should read "Svatopluk Kraus  <onwahe at
gmail dot com>".

My apologies to Svatopluk Kraus, and Thank you for the PR submissions and your
suggested patches.
