thanks, but I solved trough a more simple (or idiot) way -

cp -R does NOT copy recursive (to my surprise) and so the public/
directory wasn't copied, and that it was .. I recompiled the kernel,
and I my Atheros AR5008 was recognised.
It is sometimes buggy, but I don't know how to reproduce the errors..
