First, the URL I gave my browser didn't contain a trailing period.

Second, a FQDN has a trailing period, so even if the URL my browser got was
"http://www.getbettermail.com./" it should have been resolved properly. The
browser I use (Opera) does resolve FQDNs properly. The problem is with the
server hosting getbettermail.com. IIS fails to properly interpret the trailing
period and returns the "No web site configured" error. Of course, Apache
doesn't have this problem.

FWIW, www.getbettermail.com seems to have come alive again.
