Hi Noor, maybe you installed anything new which loads additional kernel modules or did you make any other modifications to your kernel which influence networking? I had the same problem two days ago after I installed the vmware2 port on my FreeBSD desktop machine. The problem was obviously that some related kernel module is not compatible with the IPXrouted (and vice versa).
