So perhaps there is something strange going on in the efirtc driver.  Could=

please remove the "device efirtc" line from GENERIC and try building a new
kernel (again with WITH_CLEAN=3D)?

I don't think setting hints.efirtc.0.disabled=3D1 will work, as that doesn'=
t stop
the driver from probing.
