I am little confused, I seen mentioned that the Tigon III is capable of going at full wire speed and has a low laitance because it completes i/o in the interrupt(1000baseT). Sounds good, when I when to find card based on it looks like their was a buyout and name change, is the BCM570x ( bge(4) driver), what is being talked about (i.e Tigon III) and is it still the "state of the art" for low laitance copper gigabit today.
