I don't know if you still need it, but I got tcpdump beacons from wpa 2.9 and 2.10 (the patched working version) and uploaded to attachment. Thanks for all of your hard work and patience. This has been the most pleasant bug report experience for me, and a perfect presentation of why FreeBSD has been such a great OS to use.
