The first (very minor) security exposure I can think of is that usernames and
fullnames are exposed to whoever is receiving the periodic/daily and
periodic/security email. However, if there are other mail-generating scripts in
periodic/local that sends to someone other than an administrator, that could
leak usernames/fullnames.
