Could this be moved to py-opengl?  Most of the Python-related ports
are py-<modulename>, following the convention adopted for Perl ports.
Also like the Perl ports, preserve the case of the module. Thus we
have py-PyGreSQL -- the ugliest example I can think of :-), but at
least there is a method to the madness.
