Hi. I saw your message in -stable today, and needed to ask you something. Around Today, "Jamie Gritton" wrote : JG> but that I've been experiencing regular panics and complete data JG> obliteration anytime I needed to revive a vinum mirror? How are you reviving a vinum mirror ? I haven't yet had the need to do so, but I'm dreading doing it now that you mention this. How do you do this ? To create the mirror, I effectively partitioned the disk, labelled them as type vinum partitions, and created a mirror with two identical disks. What happens if one of the disks dies ? Does the machine panic ?
