I've reproduce the problem under VirtualBox (with em interface) and on a re=
al
hardware lab (with igb interface).

And I've studied the tcpdump with pf-bridge-scrub vs pf-bridge-without_scru=
b:
Once scrub is enabled: the IP payload is translated as an Ethernet payload,
adding an Ethernet header is missing.
I've attached pcaps file and a screenshot of my wireshark analysis.
