Inside a FreeBSD-set-minimal for main installation directory:

# find -s ./ -name 'mount*fs' -print
./rescue/mount_msdosfs
./rescue/mount_nfs
./rescue/mount_nullfs
./rescue/mount_unionfs
./sbin/mount_fusefs
./sbin/mount_mfs
./sbin/mount_msdosfs
./sbin/mount_nullfs
./sbin/mount_unionfs

Note that mount_nullfs only exists in /rescue/
