I had a plans to commit LC_NUMERIC, LC_MONETARY and LC_MESSAGES support to RELENG_4 after locale rename. But my plans were related to libc support only, except merging nl_langinfo(). nl_langinfo() is extensively used by many ports and may cause some hidden bugs/problems. And since we have no enough time to test it -- MFC of nl_langinfo() is going to be suspended until 4.5-RELEASE is released.
