That machine has Intel and NVidia gpu, you should check the BIOS settings. I have a Lenovo laptop that won't boot if it's set in BIOS to 'detect/auto', I think it's called Optimus? But my Dell that also has both boots fine although there's no selectable option in BIOS. -- Waitman Gobble
