Hello,
My name is Sasha Egan, I am a budding admin working for a school system.
The school system has requested that a PPP dialup be built for their
school board. I have a Cyclades CyclomY which is the one with the 8
ports. My predicament is here:
I installed mgetty with the option -DAUTO_PPP compiled into it.
I am trying to connect a bunch of 95 machines to my FreeBSD
	server.
Heres what I've tried:
calling pppd from the /etc/ttys line
calling AUTO_PPP from mgetty in the login.config file line 49
writing a .login with pppd options in it.
creating a shell with pppd as the default shell.
	many many more things.
All the things I have tried have ended in failure.
When I uncomment the AUTO_PPP line in login.config my modem answers,
handshakes, then carrier drops and resets.

Does anyone have a working pppdialup server running under freebsd that is
using pap authentication?

I need help...really
Sasha
