No, there's no such thing. But what stops you from using SF (or something
similar) as a CVS repository? Freel free to discuss high level issues here
(or any other @FreeBSD.org list which fits the topic of the work) or at
least announce periodically the status of the work. The tools to do this are
out there. We don't want to restrict how you work.
