Thanks, Navdeep, loading t4_tom from rc.conf eliminates the panic.  This is=
 how
I used to load it, but recently I had moved it to loader.conf.

Unfortunately, now my find command in an NFS mounted FS over that interface
shows about 150 files then just hangs for a long time between batches of ab=
out
150 files, which is the same behavior I see in 13.2.  Just before the find
resumes each time I see:

nfs server 172.16.100.200:/zshare: not responding
nfs server 172.16.100.200:/zshare: is alive again

I only see this problem if toe is enabled on the client.

I do buiild cxgbe, ccr, and lagg into the kernel, presumably that's ok but I
will revert that and see if it has any impact on the hang.
