My sendmail 8.11.3 with that case tells my DSN: Service unavailable.

I cannot check 8.11.6 but i guess it's problem with mail.local too.
I've had such problem when there is no FEATURE local_lmtp or local_procmail
in .mc file. In .cf file Mlocal (local mailer) contains mail $u instead
of mail.local -l.
