Impossible.  They don't *want* to be convinced.  gcc does have its
odds and ends, but i don't think it's an overstatemant to call it
``leading technology'' for C compilers (together with only a few
commercial ones, and they are surprisingly close to gcc by design).

So if the Wind/U people think that it's a low quality compiler, they
clearly state that they simply don't have the least interest in your
request, despite of the introductionary flowers.
