It handles DES just fine.  I have not personally tested FreeBSD's MD5
with FrontPage at all.

If you want to trust my binaries as much as you trust  Microsoft's
(evil  grin) send me email, and I'll shoot over binaries from
a couple weeks ago.  If they have made changes, I have not been
around enough to notice them :-).  I have both the extensions
and the WPP kit.
