This is just a little mail to tell you that I am revamping
doc/fr_FR.ISO8859-1 to make it look like doc/en_US.ISO8859-1.

The documentation in there doesn't reflect the current english
documentation so, I started easy with the FAQ. The work is at approx. 25%.

This will be my two cents ;>
