Hello,

The patch to change apache2ctl to apachectl isn't working.

Certbot fails with the error:
NoInstallationError('Cannot find Apache executable apache2ctl')

I installed py-certbot-apache using the pre-built package as root in a jail
(mentioning it in case the post-patch makes assimption on privilege
escalation).

Tried both flavor py27 and py36, same problem. Don't know where to find the
user configuration file so the port can't be used I'm afraid.
