Hello! I'm not sure this belongs to current, but the whole setup is quite tricky to easily try to reproduce somewhere else. Rumba is Version 0.6 (1998-03-23), current is from Apr 15. I managed to successfully mount NT share from a department's computer (called ``stack'') using SSH to forward port 10140 on my machine (aldan) to port 139 of stack: rumba //aldan/LEProject /home/mi/stack -U LE -p 10140 -s stack The scheme worked magnificently with Samba server running on the department's Solaris machine, but at some point it hung on the NT connection (surprise!). So, now I'm stuck with this mount point which does not go away. Programs trying to open files or directories there (including the /etc/security script -- a bug) hang forever in staying in ``nfsrcv'' state. Same for my attempts to change the mount point to "interruptable": ... 348 148 nfsrcv D pa 0:00.02 mount -u -o-i rumba-2467 and to unrumba: ... 704 236 nfsrcv D p1- 0:00.02 /usr/local/sbin/unrumba /home/mi/stack Attempts to ``umount -f rumba-2467'' exit immediately with ``umount: /home/mi/stack: Device busy''. I see no other options, but reboot, which is a bloody shame, IMHO. The ssh process that established the forwarding is long gone... Any other ideas?
