While doing an amanda backup in my (home) network, I got the following errors: ad2s3e: UDMA ICRC error reading fsbn 16857930 of 4236000-4236015 (ad2s3 bn 16857930; cn 1049 tn 91 sn 12) retrying stray irq 7 (sa0:ahc0:0:6:0): tape is now frozen- use an OFFLINE, REWIND or MTEOM command to clear this state. ad2s3e: UDMA ICRC error reading fsbn 8390090 of 2080-2095 (ad2s3 bn 8390090; cn 522 tn 66 sn 2) retrying ad2s1e: UDMA ICRC error reading fsbn 4688735 of 2344336-2344351 (ad2s1 bn 4688735; cn 291 tn 219 sn 23) retrying I'm wondering what these messages mean and if they can be related to the new ATAPI driver committed this week? I have never seen them before.... Thanks, Frank To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-stable" in the body of the message
