>Description:

After shutting down to single-user mode and then re-starting multi-user mode,
pccard hangs. It probes the cards and shows erroneous device numbers, numbers
exactly one higher than what they should be (e.g. sio1->sio2). This occurs with
modem pccard and ethernet pccard.
>How-To-Repeat:

run shutdown, then hit ctrl-d or 'exit', and watch the fun begin.
>Fix:
Eject cards before returning to multi-user mode, then insert them later.
