Hi Fernando,

Looking at it again, it is unclear if a policy was formally enacted.
Both bugmeister and whoever runs our github stuff has decided to add an
"AI slop" close reason and indicated that such contributions are to be
rejected, though I can't find anything from core other than "it's WIP".
So there may not actually be a formal policy yet, mea culpa!
