That is only way of many ways to to create the content for a non-vnet jails and vnet jails. Having documentation that depends on additional base systems as zfs is not acceptable. Base system is not released with zfs disks as default, ufs is the default and is what any jail directory tree layout should be based on. Also the handbook talks about ezjail which depends on the jail destination parameters being in rc.conf that has been obsolete since fbsd 10. All the ezjail handbook documentation needs to be removed.
