This issue was fixed in OpenSolaris revision 10800:469478b180d9

This bugfix has not been imported yet, as it requires imported revision
8227:f7d7be9b1f56 to apply cleanly as a whole.

My latest zfs-v16 patches (v2,v3) contain this and other bugfixes from
OpenSolaris.

FYI: these patches apply against 8-stable as well
