I'd love that to be the case but the units arrive fully integrated. We don't open them up (normally). Artecon uses fairly cheesy power supplies too. Small wonder they were having power problems as well. Maybe their next product will address these things. They do however have a feature that seems to be somewhat rare among hardware RAID products; an honest to goodness usable serial console interface. /* Matthew N.
