I need to build a custom boot/loader to test a fix (this is on beast FWIW)
I do the following:

cd /dir/src/sys/boot; make

that completes with no errors. I then take the resulting alpha/netboot/netboot
code and copy it to my system and attempt to boot. The result is the system
resets after loading the code with no errors. This is before I make any
changes, what am I doing wrong?
