If you don't figure out what distfiles are needed for
docproj-{whatever}, relocate them, and set this:
DOCDISTFILES?= ${.CURDIR}/../../ports/distfiles
cp -rp ${DOCDISTFILES} ${CHROOTDIR}/usr/ports/distfiles
will copy _every_ file, and subdirectory, you have in
/usr/ports/distfiles.
