i also tried quota's on 2.1.0 (to test rpc.rquotad - which i'll commit
in the next days :-) - and it worked well for me - options QUOTA,
userquota in /etc/fstab, check_quotas=ON in /etc/sydconfig, reboot,
edquota username, cp big_file userhomedir -> message qoutas are
exceeded and grace 7 days - where's the problem ?
