well, can anyone (PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!) send me 
an XF86Config that works with the above setup ??

what do you have in /usr/X11R6/bin/X ?

I have just installed that card and every minute or two everything
just "f---r--e---e---s---e---s" :-((((((((((((((
