Greetings Chang,

    I seem to remember that the foundation's charter and possibly some
subsequent correspondence indicated that the trade mark was going to be
transfered to them for protection. On top of which I was under the
impression that neither WR nor BSDI actually owned the trademark, but that
an employee working on the project for BSDI, then WR indeed did.

   I know that this is rather off topic, but I'd wager that some one else
out there would know for sure...
