Absolutely. If you buy the CD from Walnut Creek CDROM, at least, then you have the option of a full refund or replacement with no questions asked. Even if you didn't buy the CD from Walnut Creek CDROM, they'll happily ship you a 2.2.8 or 3.1 CD if you feel your 3.0 CD was purchased in error. An actual refund would have to be processed through the place where you bought the CD, of course, but WC will still replace it for you on request - what you do with your 3.0 RELEASE media afterwards is your business.
