--- Comment #5 from Andriy Gapon <avg@FreeBSD.org> ---
Just for the sake of other readers, the same pcib6 messages are present in the
legacy boot:
pcib5: <ACPI PCI-PCI bridge> irq 16 at device 28.0 on pci0
pci5: <ACPI PCI bus> on pcib5
pcib6: <ACPI PCI-PCI bridge> irq 19 at device 28.3 on pci0
pcib6: failed to allocate initial memory window: 0x90000000-0x910fffff
<EFI boot messages stop here>
pci6: <ACPI PCI bus> on pcib6
pcib7: <ACPI PCI-PCI bridge> irq 19 at device 0.0 on pci6
pcib7: failed to allocate initial memory window: 0x90000000-0x910fffff
pci7: <ACPI PCI bus> on pcib7

Could you please check if there would be any additional details if you enable
verbose boot?

You also try to see if <Enter> ~ Ctrl-B sequence can get through to the online
debugger (ddb).
