I have a Thinkpad T30, and I use a Cisco Aironet (MPI350 accrding to
FreeBSD) that works fine for 11Mb. I am running 5-4 Stable.

The trick is to use a old firmware for the card. I am using the oldest
firmware for the card that I could get on the Cisco site. But it works
very well.
