the CVS tree hasn't moved for months (12) ! so, is this a yet another
dead Linux project ? also, is this a yet another Linux capable only
boot loader ? (read does it compile outside a Linux environment ?)

the main advantage of grub, is that it compile outside a Linux environment.
also, it support ffs, ext2fs, reiserfs, fat and netboot.
