make install does not create /var/run/proftpd
This is the default location under FreeBSD for the scopreboard file; hence proftpd fails to start until this directory is created
>How-To-Repeat:
Install the proftpd-1.2.10 port on a machine on which /var/run/proftpd does not exist. Observe that this directory is not created.
Observe that proftpd cannot be started until this directory is created.
