After this commit and if you apply the patch from https://reviews.freebsd.org/D39197, world + GENERIC builds with GCC 9 on amd64. This doesn't require WITHOUT_CXX as is currently required for stable/13 (due to newer libc++ in stable/13). -- John Baldwin
