sysctl machdep.panic_on_nmi=3D0
machdep.panic_on_nmi: 255 -> 0

set date will not kernel panic, but console repeat display

NMI ISA 2c, EISA ff
NMI ISA 3c, EISA ff
NMI ISA 2c, EISA ff
NMI ISA 3c, EISA ff
...

until reboot
