First freebsd-java@freebsd.org is not the appropriate list.
Second, try smth like
ifconfig_rl0="inet 10.9.200.131 netmask 255.255.255.0"
ifconfig_rl0_alias0="inet 10.9.200.132 netmask 0xffffffff"
