Hi Torben, i have found some problems. ;-) Firts of all the eclipse-build.sh script uses #!/usr/local/bin/bash. I would prefer a shell, which is in the base system. I think the script would run also with #!/bin/sh. The second problem is that my jni_md.h file is not found: ------------------ In file included from swt.h:23, from callback.c:15: /usr/local/jdk1.4.2/include/jni.h:27:20: jni_md.h: No such file or directory ------------------ It is localted in /usr/local/jdk1.4.2/include/freebsd/jni_md.h Last but not least ;-) the script had problems to locate my javac and javah binary because it only exited in /usr/local/jdk1.4.2/bin, which was not in my PATH. After linking these files in my bin or include directory the installation completed without problems. My system: Copyright (c) 1992-2004 The FreeBSD Project.
