This seems to fail on the G3 systems I've tried (a blue and white tower and a non-DV iMac) with an "instruction storage interrupt" immediately after the loader vanishes. The screen turns black and that's the first thing that comes up. I can't use the debugger -- the system completely hangs. I'm going to go give some other systems a shot in a minute. -Nathan On Thu, 8 Sep 2005, Peter Grehan wrote: > Here's the main announcement: > > http://docs.freebsd.org/cgi/mid.cgi?431F3220.3030103 > > No ppc-specific changes from the beta3 ISO. > > If it's not on your fave mirror and the main one is a bit swamped then it > can always be picked up from: > > http://people.freebsd.org/~grehan/6.0-BETA4-powerpc-disc1.iso > > later, > > Peter. > _______________________________________________ > freebsd-ppc@freebsd.org mailing list > http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-ppc > To unsubscribe, send any mail to "freebsd-ppc-unsubscribe@freebsd.org" >home | help
