Hi everyone, I've been trying to get an older version of the FreeBSD source tree to do some compares against a local tree, and I've had a hellofatime trying to get the right version of these files - CVSWeb/cvs seems to have some weird "bug" (or maybe it's supposed to work this way...) Check out: http://www.FreeBSD.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/Makefile And click on download next to version 1.205 - the version that comes up is indeed 1.205 I believe, but the tag is 1.204 - making recursive diffs kinda a pain. Btw: This also affects cvsup, not just cvsweb. This version discrepency seems to go all the way up til 1.227 just before the $Id$->$FreeBSD$ switch. I'm guessing it is related. Anyone know if I can get the source with the correct version numbers with some other method? Or has anyone else run in to this and found a fix? I'm definitely open to the possibility that I am doing something wrong. :-) Thanks, - dpk To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
