But the ability to use (and even develop) FreeBSD without using any
English must also contribute to FreeBSD's strength in Japan.

I can certainly sympathise with non-English readers who don't follow
high-volume lists such as -current or -hackers.  There are a lot of
native English readers who don't...

OTOH, I hate to suggest YAM (Yet Another Mailinglist).


David Cross's wchar project should be listed on
http://www.FreeBSD.org/projects/ I think.
