It mentions clearly that the USB is UHCI but also, hidden away in the power

Enable persistent mouse and keyboard

dynamically to the iLO UHCI controller only when a remote console applicati=

When this feature is disabled, some servers are able to increase power savi=

by 15 watts when:
* The server OS is idle.
* No virtual USB keyboard and mouse are connected.

I am wondering if this might be relevant seeing as we saw those disconnects=
 on
the dmesg output.
