There's an installed manual page: 

% man 1 htop
% pkg info --list sysutils/htop | grep htop.1
        /usr/local/man/man1/htop.1.gz
% 

– however
<https://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=htop&apropos=0&sektion=1&manpath=Ports>;
finds nothing.
