A full revert of that upstream commit, three days ago, did not resolve the issue. And, reversing, also three days ago, all the changes in wpas_ext_capab_byte() between hostap_2_9 hostap_2_10 altered the IE by five bytes but also resulted in an association failure of rtwn(4) to the secondary VAP.
